Rumbullion Chilli & Chocolate Rum

Intense bittersweet dark chocolate leads with coffee beans, nutmeg, red cola cubes and orange zest in support. Earthy red chilli warmth emerges underneath and is balanced by creamy vanilla. Black Forest gateau, drying cocoa and more thick slabs of dark chocolate are at the core, with gingerbread, cherry cola and hints of aniseed and clove in the back-drop. With a Nutmeg, drying chilli heat and even more chocolate on the finish.
