Torres Natureo Syrah Cabernet Rose (0.0%)
Natureo rosé wine is made with Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. When grapes reach the winery, they are de-stemmed, crushed and chilled to allow a 24 hours maceration of the skins and must before pressing. The must is fermented in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature (14-16oC). Finally the wine is stabilized and filtered. The wine is stored at low temperature until its de-alcoholisation process.
