Our vegan and organic sparkling wine is made from carefully selected organic Grillo - a grape used to craft the finest sparkling wines in Sicily. It's a fresh, light style of sparkling wine, with lots of floral and peach fruit on the nose and a very fine bubble in the glass. Our style is Brut, meaning it's dry and exceptionally drinkable.
