A Royal Navy-style Demerara blended rum bottled at 40% ABV. Rounded and full-bodied, it shows classic molasses and Demerara sugar character with dried-fruit and warm island-spice notes. Works well as a cocktail rum but is also enjoyable neat or over ice.
