An intensely sweet Pedro Ximénez sherry from Bodegas Hidalgo, produced from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes and aged long in a solera. Exceptionally concentrated and viscous, it shows rich notes of toffee, figs and caramel with a nutty oak influence. Serve
