Highly alkaline liquid designed to clean carbon and grease deposits from Combi
Ovens. Product contains a blend of caustic soda solution, non-ionic surfactant,
amphoteric surfactant, solvents and dye.
Features include:

? Solvents present soften deposits and ensure surface is left sparkling clean.
? Reacts with fats to form soap which can be disolved easily.
? Wetting agents help penetration of greasy soils.
