The nose is marked by honeysuckle and a hint of vanilla; the bubbles are fine and the mousse elegant. Rich in aromas of cooked fruit: nuances of mirabelle plum followed by a slightly spicy sensation that gives way to a bouquet of candied tropical fruits and a lively, mineral finish.
