Fitz Pink Sparkling Wine

Colour wise the wine has an intense pink hue akin to Laurent Perrier’s Rosé offering. On the nose the wine has a luscious confected strawberry aroma with some floral notes. On the palate the wine is dry and full of wild strawberry, redcurrant and rhubarb flavours. The wine has a fine and persistent mousse and far greater depth and complexity then other Charmat method wines. It has great balance and a clean crisp finish with good length.
