Pete`s Pure Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This wine has a distinct tropical fruit flavour and intensely wound passionfruit. Slate light acidity adds a nervous tension to the wine, balanced beautifully against the fuller weighted mouthfeel. A slight mid to end palate texture imparts a good feel, and gives rise to a mouth- watering finish full of length.
