HAWKSTONE
Hard to make, easy to drink
Premium British lager, made with barley grown on Diddly Squat Farm and brewed slowly in the Cotswolds.
Born on Diddly Squat Farm
When farm subsidies were cut, Jeremy Clarkson set out to make a lager from the barley grown on his Oxfordshire farm. A chance introduction to Rick and Emma of the Cotswold Brewery turned into a partnership, and a brew good enough that Jeremy decided to invest. The result was Hawkstone, named after a prehistoric standing stone near the farm.
- British barley grown at Diddly Squat

Backing British farming
Hawkstone was born out of farming, and it stays close to it. Barley, and increasingly hops, is sourced from UK growers, cutting transport miles and supporting local farming communities. What the brewing leaves behind goes back to the land.
- UK-grown barley and hops
- Shorter supply chains
- Spent grain returned as feed and fertiliser
