An English sparkling rosé from Hambledon Vineyard, Chardonnay-led and finished with Pinot Noir and a touch of Pinot Meunier. Aged a minimum of 45 months on lees, it shows red-berry aromas and a creamy mousse balanced by chalky minerality. Best served well
