A dry white wine from Domaine Astruc in the Languedoc, made from Marsanne grapes. It shows pear, melon and floral aromatics with a rounded, full-bodied palate and a clean dry finish. Ideal with shellfish, fish and lightly spiced poultry; serve chilled.
