A classic Gavi DOCG from Cantine Volpi, made from 100% Cortese. Delicately aromatic with citrus and white-flower notes, it is dry, fresh and crisp on the palate with a mineral edge. Serve well chilled as an aperitif or with light seafood and fish dishes.
